Payment and Pricing

1. Image Superstore is a SaaS(Software as a service) company we integrate together suppliers and manufacturers within one system and receive payment on behalf of the suppliers. Full invoice amount must be paid at the time of submiting the order to the graphics team or the manufacturer.
2. After the first delivery fee is paid, anything purchased within the next 24 hours do not require delivery fee as our system helps the manufacturer package them together and send as one package.
3. The suppliers reserve the right to change prices without notice in line with cost of material price fluctuation.

Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Images Super Store guarantees the workmanship of our p1.Images SuperStore hire independent quality check supervisors to check everything before dispatch to client. These independent quality check personnel does not work for our company they only get paid when they spot a defect. All products must endure this strict inspection process before they can be sent out to client.
2. If the client spotted damage on courier delivery box please take photo and request the courier driver to verify the damaged box. Open the box infront of the courier driver and products are damaged and it is due to freight problem. Please send us sufficient evidence. We have purchased insurance for all products for you. An replacement will be made immediately while we deal with the insurance claim.
3. On the off chance your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, clients must report the incident, with photos of the damage and order number within 2 days of receiving the product for the matter to be investigated. If after the investigation process, if was found that the supplier was liable for the error, Images Superstore will force the supplier to replace or repair at the manufacturers discretion.
4. Please understand that all our products are custom made only for you. Production typically commences 24hours after you give the approval for production, once production starts we cannot accept cancel orders.
5. Images Superstore always produces a final version of the online sample proof for our clients before physical production. It is the client responsibility to check everything is correct then give the final production approval. We check files before printing as a favor and will notify you of anything we see, so please look out for our email or check your console regularly for any updates especially within 2 days after order approval. Please note：for DIY orders, We are not liable for mistakes in resolution, crop, color, or anything else. We strongly recommend you ask a friend to look it over just to be sure.

Delivery Policy

1. A physical street address is required for delivery. We do not deliver to Post office boxes. No order will be dispatched if there are outstanding payments not yet paid from previous jobs already dispatched to client.
2. The longest turnaround time for a hand craftsmanship product is 4weeks after approval. If a products turnaround time exceeds 4weeks then there will be 10% discount (excluding delay due to events out side of manufacturer’s control).
3. Urgent production fee is 10% of the standard price before any discounts and coupons(subject to $50 minimum). Urgent production time is no longer than 3 weeks after the date of production approval. If turnaround time exceeds 3weeks then urgent fee will be refunded.
4. An automatic email will be sent out to clients notifying that a package has been dispatched and they should be expecting it in the next 48hours.
5. Every product is carefully packaged with custom made boxes to ensure safety
