1. Mailing Policy
We do not recommend sending images by mail as it is usually 5 days slower whereas
uploading via the internet would only take over night. (We recommend www.iinet.com.au for
fast and affordable broadband internet services). If you still wish to mail in your images on a
DVD to our office then there is $5 administration surcharge
Once order is placed and payment is made please remember to put the invoice number on the
disk you are sending to us. The mailing address will be given after you choose the mailing
option by pressing the “Add Photo” button in the program.
Once, the disk by mail is received, we will upload the images for you.
We will then email you a notice informing you that the images have been uploaded,
you will see them in the image panel of that particular order (please check that the
images and the total photo count is correct).
Now you can log into to your console to finish the ordering process without having to
upload the images yourself.
Please do not include extra instructions together with your disk. All instructions should be given
to us during the online ordering process.
2. Photoshop Services
If the client requested for Photoshop and design services the ultimate responsibilities
to check everything is correct lays with the client before approval for production(eg
spelling, printing materials, sequence etc). We provide a zoom button which is
sufficient to check for any problem, if in doubt then the client can use a speech
bubble to request for an enlarged version. By approving this design for production
manufacturer will stick to this version through out the production process.If you have
special request which is not reflected on this sample proof then you should not give
approval for production. These responsibility applies to all images and DIY design
files sent to us. We suggest the photographer put similar clauses in the contract with
Clients are required to supply hi res images sufficient for the size of the print. We
suggest clients check your images in a viewing program before submitting them to
us. Pay particular attention to the shadow area on the face. We reserve the right to
refuse any order which the images are not suitable for printing.
If the images are not supplied ready for printing and you wish to use our Photoshop
touch up services. We will try our best and double check everything but if the result
is not as you expected we cannot be held liable. If in doubt of using our services
then we recommend you do it yourself.
If there is a problem with the order then we will put a warning sign on the relevant
area of the design then send it back to the client for viewing. It is the client's
responsibility to check and respond to warning sign messages. Please look out for
our email or check the order console regularly for designs coming back for viewing.
We will not contact the client separately for reminders.
Please keep original copies of everything you send us (including original images and
instructions). We do not offer data storage or backup services and is not liable for
lost of data.

3. Pricing and Payment
Industry-Partnership is a distributor for a group of highly acclaimed suppliers in the
professional imaging industry. Our international suppliers do not require GST
payment whilst local suppliers will require GST, please see invoice for details.

4. Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
Trade partners within Industry-Partnership have various guarantees regarding the
quality of their products. Links to these guarantees and policies are available at the
Manufacturer's policies section of the Terms and conditions guide.
On the off chance your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect,
clients must report the defect within 48 hours of receiving the product. Photos must
be taken clearly showing the problem and log into the help desk system to submit a
ticket for investigation(please send low res photos). Your complaint will be
recorded in our system and the relevant trade partner must resolve the complaint
within 3 days.
A major advantage of buying through industry-partnership is our in-built
dispute/resolution procedure. When client is not satisfied with the outcome of the
complaint from the manufacturer then the client can request for Industry-
partnership mediation service. We will review the complaint from an independent
third party point of view and suggest a resolution to the issue. So please keep all
communications in writing within the same email subject heading our IT system will
keep it within the same ticket.
Industry-Partnership always produces a final version of the online sample proof for
our clients before we start printing. It is the client responsibility to check
everything is correct then give the final production approval to our trade partners.

5. Delivery Information
A physical street address is required for delivery. The company does not deliver to
Post office boxes or directly to your client. No order will be dispatched if there are
outstanding payments not yet paid from previous jobs already dispatched to client.
An automatic email will be sent out to clients notifying that a package has been
dispatched and they should be expecting it in the next 48hours. If nothing is received
then please contact our office straight away within 72hours of receiving our delivery
Products that are dispatched from the Sydney logistic centre have been checked by
an independent quality control provider. Therefore it is deemed that at the time of
dispatch to have no manufacturing defaults.
All freight packages dispatched from the Sydney logistic centre are insured, for
every delivery if you suspect any damage to the box even minor dents then please
get the courier driver to verify damages before you let the delivery driver leave.
Then contact industry partnership within 48hours. We will process the claim for
you with the courier company. Upon verification from the courier company we will
begin re- production for you asap.
(Please note: If there is a damage on the box or large dent where the product is
damaged then the manufacturer will not take responsibilities. If the damage on the
box wasn't verified by the courier driver at the time of delivery then the courier
company will not take responsibilities.)
We strongly recommend clients to order presentation box for your album as it is an
extra layer of protection during freight. If the freight was damaged it will only
damage your presentation box not the album inside and we can replace the
presentation box for you very quickly at 30% discount. This at least ensures that
your album is 100% safe.
If clients do not inspect the delivery then we do not take any responsibilities for
Return freight back is customer's responsibility. If it is manufacturer's fault then the
manufacturer will reimburse the freight charge.
All customer information is used for the normal operation of this business. We will not release
your information to anyone for any reason. We do not retain, share, store or use personally
identifiable information for any secondary purposes. Excellent images and designs maybe
